This fund was created under the NSRF (National Strategic Reference Framework, which constitutes the framing for the application of the Community’s policy for economic and social cohesion in Portugal for the 2007-2013 period) to stimulate the involvement of venture capital in support for SME’s, focusing the initial stages of their life cycle and investment in innovative projects.
